Hi All:
I am getting this error message when the form is submitted.:

Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):
Warning: [ err 2/line 190/datasavecsv.cls.php] file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/vhosts/logicresources1.com/httpdocs/netform/storage/csv/netMD-results1.csv) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/logicresources.com/:/tmp/)
Warning: [ err 2/line 192/datasavecsv.cls.php] rename(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/vhosts/logicresources1.com/httpdocs/netform/storage/csv/netMD-results1.csv) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/logicresources.com/:/tmp/)
Failed to archive data file.
Failed to record the data because the server is too busy or doesn't have write permission.

The folder netform / storage / csv has full rwx rights. There is an .htaccess file in there now which I don't think was in there before.
Does anyone have any ideas
Thanks
Raj

Check to see what the permission level is set at for the storage folder.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

This issue is caused by permissions not being properly set on your server. With an FTP client, locate the folder called storage and change the permissions for that folder and all folders under it to 755. That should then fix the issue.

That is what I thought as well and I checked the folders. It is on the panel at our local ISP. The permissions are set to RWX for everyone. There is something else weird going on. I see that is just made another netform folder below the old one.
Hold off for a sec till I sort it out. I will let you know.
Thanks

OK I checked the permissions and they are 755 for all folders/files ../storage and below. I am off on holidays now for two weeks. I will take this form down and put an old one back up.
Thanks for your help

Make sure you actually have a storage folder on the server.
