Hello,
since a few days, there is a problem with my contact form. I didn´t change anything on the whole website since about 9 month, so this is really strange...And I used this form for over 2 years. I tried to upload the contact form files again today, but it didn´t help.
My contact form could not send any e-mails to me or my clients, there is always this error message:
Failed to send an email to "my e-mail".
Failed to send an email to "the clients e-mail".

Can you please help me to fix the problem? Your help article was not helpful.

Thanks for the reply. But how are the e-mail settings connected to the form and which settings matter? And what should I change in the form then? I only know that the e-mail password changed.

Hosts have been placing stricter security on emails being sent to combat spam and malicious attacks. As you stated you changed nothing so your host must have.

The password for the mailaccount changed, do i need to change this anywhere in the form?

Shouldn't have to. If your having issues than you may need to do what a lot of users do and manually setup the mail config in the form files.
