The form worked flawlessly for several months and then suddenly the file upload stopped functioning and since it is a required field the form won't submit. All I get is an error saying that the file upload field is a required field and cannot be empty even though an allowed file type has been selected. Nothing has changed to the setup to my knowledge and I would love some help on troubleshooting this. Many thanks!
