Wondering if someone can help....

I've created a form to upload photos using "Upload File". The form works great if the photos have a unique name. However if someone tries to upload multiple photos from Apple products (Ipad, Iphone) using Apple's CameraRoll then each filename is called "image.jpg".

Say you use Camera Roll to upload 3 photos each called "image.jpg", then the confirmation email I get once the user hits the SUBMIT button, only shows 1 photo, not the 3 they submitted.

My guess is that because the names of the photos are exactly the same (i.e image.jpg) then only the first photo is submitted.

Is there a way to fix this problem with using WFB with Apple's CameraRoll? Can the three files be renamed to image1.jpg, image2.jpg, image3.jpg after the user clicks on the SUBMT button so that I receive all three pictures?

All the photos on my iphone are a different name.:/ itested a form and on my server the first image uploaded was named image.jpg then the seconded one was named image_0xdh6k.jpg. You have to have an upload selection box for each file to upload. You can't upload more then one file from each selection.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Thanks Eric.

I have three individual upload selection boxes, one for each picture. Here are the steps that I'm doing using my IPad or iPhone:
1. Select on the upload button for picture #1 in the form
2. A selection box appears asking to "Take photo or Video" or "Choose Existing"
3. I select "choose existing" then select a photo from "Camera Roll"
4. To add photos 2 and 3 I repeat steps #1,#2,#3. There is an upload box for each photo on the form.
5. The file name that is shown near the upload button for each of these photos is called "image.jpg "
6. I hit the SUBMIT button
7. My form is setup to send me an email with a notification that someone has submitted photos.
8. When I open the email it only attached the first photo. The other two photos are not attached because they have identical names (image.jpg)

If the photos have a unique name then I get all three pics. I'm not sure if this is an issue with CameraRoll not having unique names when a picture is taken from an iPad or iPhone. Is there a way to have WFB rename the pics after the submit button is pressed?

I don't have the osx version of the form builder. My form doesn't display the name of the image next to the buttons. It only says "1 photo" by each one to the right of a small thumb nail version of the image.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I'm using the Windows version of Web Form Builder to create the form. I'm testing the form in both my PC and mobile devices such as an IPad or iPhone.

You are correct that when using iPad or iPhone the filename is not shown and only the words"1photo" is shown with a small thumbnail of the picture.

The problem occurs after the Submit button is pressed and I receive the email with the filename and the attached photo. Could the problem be in the HTML code under the Email Notices tab in WFB? The default html code under 'Email settings' is to show the data from [_form results_]. Is it possible to configure the HTML code to attach all the pictures regardless if they have the same filename? Thanks for the help

The form is located in a secure website.

I've attached a few snapshots.

1) Webform showing the upload buttons

2) The HTML settings in Web Form Builder

3) The confirmation email I receive after the photos have been submitted which shows 3 photos uploaded but only one photo received
