How do I make this form not so elongated. I can reduce the text size but what about the very large white text areas. Can the heights be adjusted?

Have you tried adjusting the padding for each of the elements? Give that a shot and I'm thinking you'll reduce a lot of the excess space.

Click on Form Options at top then set form width pixel count.

For ITEM WIDTH, might be best to leave it at 100%,
then set the width for each item.

For Labels etc.

Set the WIDTH % percent down to % of form width.

Oh, I forgot to reply to Jo Ann that I did what she suggested and it sqooshed the form a little bit but on another I got it to be pretty dinky http://bikercustompatches.com/testimonials.htm . It was really the height I was wanting changed. It would be nice to have FB options but can be done in the css or html.
