I am using the same form on three different pages

On 2 pages its working for the submit to client and the response to the customer. But the home page does not submit to the client

Check the form files are there in the root of your exported project check the ,user cong file is set up properly..
If that fails send me the project file via we transfer as usual I will take a quiche look and see if I can spot why this is happening

Things from the client changed quickly - I made the changes (a disclosure for text messaging). I have made the html element placed the code in there - uploaded the page and the addition file folder and php to the root directory - is that not the proper procedure

The form is showing up at the top of the page and where its supposed to - I have checked under page manager and there isnt anything in the up. Reupped the page and its still doing it - not on the other pages.
Also Its not working properly on all the pages Go Daddy host says running 8.2 php
Any ideas
