I have Form Builder v-2.9 I made a form. It was tested when I uploaded it to my site and when it was submitted, an error message appeared that the page could not be found. I am using an html page for a "thank you" page and have made sure the page is on my website and the correct choice is checked in the settings of the form program. Is there anything I can do to get it to work?

Are you using the custom redirect option to send users to the thank you page?
Sounds like you may have the link pointing to the wrong location or the page is in the wrong location.
Can you share a link to your form?

I took it off my contact page until I can get it to work. If you'll wait I'll put it back up there. I already have all the folders up on my site. Is there a way I can point the thank-you page to the right one?

You're missing some of your files. Reexport and upload again.

Hi, Eric. I uploaded all the files for the form. Did you have a chance to click the link in the last entry? Thank you so much for your time. I would rather use the form from the Coffeecup program.

I've tested twice now and got a different error each time.
Can you upload them again. The errors are very odd and tell me that the files might be getting corrupted on upload.
