I'm having persistent problems when trying to upload a form I've created to my S-Drive. Initially (in the development process) I was able to upload the form, but I'm not at a loss as I can't upload at all.
When I start the process File>Export>Automated Form Processing, the upload window appears (after saving the files locally) and one of two things happens.
If it's a first attempt it'll get two or three processes down the line before a "oops! we don't have a record for that user name and password" error pops up.
If it's a second attempt it'll just hang at 'retrieving account information'
I've tried logging out of my account (online), resetting the password, logging back in and also duplicating this info in the form settings>form publishing.
I've checked for blank spaces etc, but no matter what I do I can't upload the form I'm working on.
As an aside I'm also getting masses of spam filled submissions from the version of the form I did manage to upload - even though it has a recaptcha. Way more than when I was using a previous form solution.

These forums are not necessarily viewed all the time by the CoffeeCup tech team, and I think it is that team that needs to be approached about this, especially as your account details etc. seem involved.
I suggest that you ask about it in "My Support Room". While logged in to these forums one can click on the last menu item at the top (it probably says "Hi David") and choose "Your Support Room".
