I have a client that is having to add a big disclaimer in their form with a phone provider.

Here it is:

I agree to receive communication by text message about my inquiry. You may opt-out by replying STOP or reply HELP for more information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may review our Privacy Policy to learn how your data is used.

The words Privacy Policy need to be the link text

Right now I used a Checkbox with a long label. ex here https://houstoncoolpools.com/whychoosehcp.html

How do you put a link in the form and what is the best way to display this

Oops I forgot - there needs to be a checkbox at the beginning before I agree

The best I have come up with is to do a single checkbox at 20% size then a 75% size HTML and place the small paragraph before the link code. I am able to divide the HTML Box like this

I can't get the checkbox as close as I would like but if I have to I suppose this is an work around

Hi Byron Add some inline css or js to style the position of your element.

Is the client required to enter a contact number or is it optional?

Also how about hiding the the submit button until they select the "I Agree" checkbox, That way the form won't be validated until they agree

Are you actually using CC webform builder with this form, because if you are and you try sending them to the link you quoted I believe that either nothing will happen (I maybe wrong) or it will open the terms & conditions page in a NEW WINDOW, which apart from being a bit of a security risk (easy backdoor way in for even the less abled hackers) isnt a great experience for genuine users
