I've made a new form on http://www.flintanddenbighrc.com/Dressageentry.html which looks great in Web Form Builder, all fonts are Helvetica, and all boxes are alongside each other, but when uploaded, it looks nothing like it, can anyone see the problem?

Thanks Scott, that sorted it. But, I've put in the confirm options that I want to redirect to http://www.flintanddenbighrc.com/Payments.html but on pressing submit, I'm redirected here http://www.flintanddenbighrc.com/2012%2 … 0entry.php which is a bit of a mystery!
