Last January I launched a site that included two pages containing Web Form Builder forms. I exported the forms manually and copied the directory/files to the web server and embedded the HTML code in Site designer 4.
It all worked well for 3 months until yesterday morning. Now both pages that include a form won't load properly, and exhibit a 403 error. I can't figure out why the sudden change. I changed nothing on my end and my web host provider can't find a problem with the server.
My workaround has been to load the forms to S Drive and display them from there.
I'm pasting the links below to the two problem pages hoping that someone here might be able to help diagnose the problem:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to clear out the server and reupload?

I would first remove the ( and ) from the form name. Also only use _ or alpha numeric characters in your form naming.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
