Including file uploads on my form (up to 4 image files) I need help to confirm the steps and the components I might need on my server to receive a form submission. The form is on S-drive and displays fine. The output is to my server. I created a MySql db, user w full permissions and assigned the user to the db.

When I test, I get no form (no table created yet) and no email confirmation.

I assume the submit click is not doing anything, but I don't know if I followed the right steps to create the form and deploy properly.

Please walk me through high level all the right steps after creating the form so I can either have S-drive host the form and collect all submissions on my server, or host the entire process on my server. Using WordPress so let's start there. Can I do this on a Wordpress site? I need to hack the setting for large upload files up to 35 MB.
