Is it at all possible to have the web form builder notification email that I receive, look just like the form the user sees when they submit, with all the fields filled in, in the same layout?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In an email I don't think it's easily done unless you used RED and still would require a lot of work. How about viewing it online instead. I populate forms built in the form builder and use it to update data in mysql database.
