I want to construct a notification email so that I get the contents plus the time and date of submission but not the IP address. I know how to get the contents without either the time/date or the IP Address, but not with the time and date without the IP Address.
Can any one help me with custom code?

Is your form hosted on your own host? If so, Is that host located within your time zone?

You can use some php or you can us js. It all depends on how important the accuracy of the time is to you. Do you want what time the user submitted the form in your time or their time?

IP addresses are useful if you ever need a block that IP address for whatever reason that may be
