Pressing submit opens php file in CC...

I have built a form and when I test pressing submit brings up a diaglog asking if I want to open or save. Open causes the main php file to open in CC html editor. I am using win7. What Am I doing wrong?

You can't test your php submit button in the editor as that needs to be done on the server. Upload and test it live.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
