I am having problems updating a Form. I allready have a paid subscription for 10 forms.

When i try to update i get info that i might need to upgrade. But im not going to make a new form, just update one that is there. And when i try to find the form on your site i get info that there is no form.

Did you click on the link "remove" in the first message?

The 'Form builder lite' has been discontinued quite a while ago. I have alerted the CC staff to the problem with your subscription. I hope they will find some solution for you.

I was going to suggest the same as it could be that one cannot even update an existing form now as it is no longer a valid app etc, beat me to it

My reply from the staff is, that the version of the Form Builder that you have is not supported anymore. But since you have a paid s-drive plan, you will not have to pay for the upgrade to the newest version, WFB 2.1-5575. You will be able to open your existing form, do your changes and upload it.

I'm not sure why your existing form was not there when you checked, but I heard that CC data center had an outage this morning.
