Question on Form Builder - Post ID...

It may be a dumb question but I'm confused. A couple weeks ago I got form builder upgrade on 8.3** and yesterday I git 1.1**. Which one is the most recent or are the completely different? Which do I default to?

Andrew - Version 8.3 would be the "Classic" Web Form Builder (the Flash version) and Version 1.1 is the HTML Web Form Builder.
