saving results to csv file - Post ID...
I manually FTP my form files to my web server. On one form, I'm trying to save the results to a CSV file called registrations.csv. I've created an empty file with that name, but when I try to submit a form, I get the error message:
Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):
Failed to record the data because the server is too busy or doesn't have write permission.
I've tried setting the permissions to 666 and 777 without success. Any idea what I could be doing wrong? If I remove the settings for saving to a file, the form submits and emails the results. But it doesn't work if I have instructions in the settings to save to the CSV file.

Can we have a link to the site in question please.

I think it saves the file in a folder named csv under the storage directory in your form folder. What did you enter for the csv file name in WFB?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Ah - i just gave it a file name of registrations.csv
When I told it the file location was /reg/storage/csv/registrations.csv and removed the empty file that I created there it seems to work.
Thanks for prompting me to look in the correct spot for that. I might actually get some sleep tonight.
Me to. Glad it worked.
