Some fields missing when form is...
Just at the final stages of proofing and publishing a form and some fields have started misbehaving!
I know it is Halloween, but perhaps someone has seen this before and can suggest a fix.
Specifically, the Name field is not included in the results. But Email field is appearing.
This is the Name field code: It has a name and an id.
<input name="Name" id="item13_text_1" required="" type="text" maxlength="254" placeholder="First name and Family name" autocomplete="off" data-hint="" class="valid">
I have re-saved and exported a few times.
Any suggestions for a fix or anything to check?

Hi Daniel,
Are you using a default results theme that uses the [_form_results_] or are you using separate variables for each input?

Hi Eric,
I am using [_form_results_] on a confirmation page.
Still baffled as to why some results are ignored.
Also, I am collecting the data in a CSV file where I notice the field names are included as column headings but the entries on the data lines are null before delimiting commas like this:
CSV file:
date,time,option,name1,with-1,with-2,with-3,asserts,asserts1,email,tel,sum,_submitted_,_fromaddress_
31/10/2020,"3 pm",,,,,,,,123@456.com,"00 353 1 842 2999",6,"2020-10-30 19:42:53",51.37.186.199,
31/10/2020,"11 am",,,,,,,,123@456.com,"00 353 1 842 2888",6,"2020-10-30 19:54:46",51.37.186.199,
There are 7 fields that are not being collected.
Have you ever noticed this happen?

I would try reopening the Form builder and save your form and reexport it and publish. This may help rule out corruption issues. If it does the same thing I would try dropping the csv option to rule out a bug with that. There was an issue with the database option a few versions ago. If you can try a few things it will help CC narrow down the problem.

Thanks Eric.
I will try a few things!
Will let you know if I find out what the issue is.
