I'm new to RSD, please bear with me. I've managed to get a small site built with RSD and now need to create a simple form. I opened Web Form Builder but haven't found any instructions to go along with it. I managed to get the simple form built but now I'm being asked to sign up for Email Designer. How many pieces are required to create a form that functions? Is there a step by step guide available? I need to understand this process because my next project will require a form with many fields.
Email Designer is not required at all. It is only needed if you want to build responsive emails.

Thanks Scott. I'll take another look at that link. Is there a step by step for building a responsive form with Form Builder?
Sorry, I meant Web Form Builder.

Thanks for the link to the quick start guide. That's exactly what I need.
The first thing that threw me off was that building the form is a snap, so easy.
Now my brain is just having a hard time not inserting a php script to process the input.
Something like this: <form action="form.php" method="post">
However, I will overcome!

It's me again! I built the form, selected Export, Manual Server Settings and after a few tries was able to get a form up but when I pressed the Submit button I got an error message advising of a Fatal error blah blah blah. I Googled it and found several links addressing that error.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function quoted_printable_encode() in /home/content/o/r/i/origakweb/html/mwa/contact/fbapp/php/mailer.cls.php on line 104...
I checked GoDaddy and they say 5.3 is the default PHP
I decided I would try your S Drive and was able to get the form working right away. However, I don't see where I can edit this part of the email that confirms the form was received:
If you need any additional information, don’t hesitate to contact us.
THE BLACK & WHITES
In the email confirmation, if you click on "contact us" it appears to be a placeholder.
Where is the option to replace "THE BLACK & WHITES" with the company name?
One last question for tonight, if I end up having to use S Drive does that mean I will need to set up an account for every customer so they can receive email confirmations and/or login to see submissions?

What is the direct URL to your form?
When using S-Drive, you don't have to change anything on the form. Instead of exporting, you click the Publish icon. Nothing else changes in regards to the actual setup. The email still goes to whatever email address you configured in the Settings > Notifications.

It's the line in the response to the person filling out the form that is not working right. The form come to the person filling out the form but at the bottom where it says "Thanks...contact us...have any questions" that isn't working. I get an error msg that says Action "contactplaceholder" does not exist and was not trapped in __call()
Also need to check my settings because the messages are not coming to me, only the response.
