Hi CC team, the CC 2.10 form I made is not working. after all the fields are filled and clicked the submit button the form does nothing. There are no error hints in the browser console. Please help...

I am having a similar problem, I have to wait over 30 seconds or more after pressing SUBMIT, godaddy hosting.
