I just created an form for a clients page . I copied the code to the page, saved the form and then uploaded the revised page to root directory where the html files are kept. Not sure where the form goes.

Upload all the files inside the myformname_exported. That will upload the files to their proper locations. For most user that should be the root of your site or working directory.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

There seem to be a lot of files and sub-folders in the main folder for the form. Also in the sub-folder there are more sub-folders.
The problem I have, is for some reason I cannot up load with an FTP client. I have tried DFTP and FilZilla and neither work properly. They show the uploads, but once they are done the files and folders show, but no file size. I was first told that last week there was an issue with their FTP uploads, but I am still have the issue. If I go the the CPanel I can upload, but it only allows one file at a time.
If I need ever file and folder in the Contact Form1_export, I will be here all night.
One last thing, I have no problem uploaded files from my HTML editor using DFTP to my account at CC.

Can you share a link to the page your form is on?

Thsi page is really just getting started, but I wanted to load the form because this client had be do a site for one of his clients and I have been hosting it on S-Drive and all was well. Then they decided to move it to GoDaddy so he can have everything in one location. The Domain was switched, but He never arranged for thesite to be ready on GoDaddy and now it is down and we are waiting for GoDaddy to go live with it. It has a form that when filled out it goes to both the dite owner and the marketing firm and I want to make sure what I need to do to have the form up and running on the main site.

Sorry if that was a little confusing, but I ahve been fighting with the GoDaddy site all day. It is so much simplier with S-Drive.

The first thing I would do is to rename your form with no spaces in the name. Then export it.
Next upload the files inside the ContactForm1_exported folder not the actual folder itself to the root of your site.
So the iframe code will look like this.
<script type="text/javascript">document.write(unescape("%3Ciframe id=\"fb_iframe\" src=\"ContactForm1.php" + window.location.search + "\" width=\"602\" height=\"503\"allowtransparency=\"true\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"%3E&lt;a href=\"ContactForm1.php\" title=\"ContactForm1\"&gt;Check out my CoffeeCup Form&lt;/a&gt;%3C/iframe%3E"));</script>
<noscript>
<iframe width="602" height="503" style="border:none; background:transparent; overflow:hidden;"
id="fb_iframe" src="contactform1/contactform1.html">
&lt;a href="ContactForm1.php" title="ContactForm1"&gt;Check out
my CoffeeCup Form&lt;/a&gt;
</iframe>
</noscript>

OK, inside the Contact Form1_export, I have a folder title Contact Form1 and a file titled Contact Form1.php

Inside the folder titled Contact Form1 is four more folder and 6 individual files. The folders are, common, fbapp, storage and theme. The files are, confirm.php, Contact Form 1.html, form.cfg.php, uid.php, user.cfg.php and validation.data.

Then of course each of the four folders have sub-folder and files within them. I am not sure what I need to upload at this point.

Everything inside the ContactForm1_exported.
So use your ftp program and select the ContactForm1 folder and the ContactForm1.php and upload those to the same location that your http://www.phbcmarketing.com/Contact.html is located. By selecting the ContactForm1 folder to upload it will upload everything in it for you.
