I am trying to save the form data into a database. Please see the attached files. When I click the "submit" button, it gives the error message: "Failed to store the data."

Might someone know what I should do differently?

Hi Andrea,
I deleted the other post as you don't want to post your password and username for your database online.
Have you dbl check the credentials for the user on your host make sure they have access to the data? Also check for typos. Did you create the table first or did you let the Form builder create it?
