I designed a form using web form builder for a website a couple of years ago. Now this form is no longer connecting with the website. I have been informed with the following message of the problem. Could you help me with this:

I think you should go to your Sdrive check that the form is still there if not publish it to you Sdrive or upload the form files

seems to me then that your SDrive is missing the form and the confirmation page, so you need upload again or publish it agaIn

ON YOUR SDDRIVE wherever you published your form or website
below is the link to the coffeecup sub domain

so you or someone uploaded or published the form from Web Form Builder, or uploaded / published the website to that CC subdomain on SDrive
Open your SDrive (your profile account and see what's there top right where is says HI when the dropdown opens select Your SDrive then you can see the files by selecting one of the tabs (forms if it's only the form that is hosted on SDrive.
On your website at the moment I can't even see where the form is anyway

OK although I don't know your relationship/connection with the website I think that you must have exported the form and
1 used the 'Automatic Option in which case WFB would have made 3 things to do
1a/ copy paste some code onto the header of page where the form was to be show
2a/ copy/paste some code into wherever you wanted the form to appear on that page
3a/ upload a folder to the server for wherever / whoever hosting the website
In that folder are all the files needed to make the form work. (and including all of the links listed etc in the error message,
So there could be a whole load of reasons as to why,, but the bottom line is that in order for the form to display/work, Those files and the form should be in the coffeecup SDrive/forms (whoever it was that opened that account account and put those files/folders there (however they did it) and needed to set up Dynamic DNS on the hosting server (unless the website itself was uploaded/published to the same CC subdomain. If whoever the website owner is has changed then the dynamic DNS needs changing also. The website itself has not been made using RSD or Site Designer not that, that make any reason for it not to work but the main thing is that the page that hosted the form in the beginning doesn't exist any more, and I cannot even see anywhere on the website that even looks like it has a form on it.
