I have one specific form that is getting hit with spam with about 20 submissions a day. I am using CAPTCHA V2

Anyone have any tips or tricks for providing more security for form to prevent unwanted spam submissions?

Add a Regular expression and ask a question that's specific to what the form submitter would know.
Otherwise use your htaccess or host settings and block ips.
