The Email Designer is the programme that also goes by the name 'RED' (short for 'Responsive Email Designer'). Coffeecup Software has no other email designer.

Same product. Same problem. I am not able to edit "submit smooth alert" notification email from webform builder into email designer.

It just doesn't happen. Doesn't show up when the email designer is launched.

The Smooth alert is a built in email theme of Form Builder.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

If you have "RED" Then you should be able to download that theme into the application.

You can edit it within the Form Builder or you can copy and paste the code into a HTML Editor and edit it there and then paste it back. For Form Builder you click on the pencil in the low right of the Settings tab you are on after selecting your theme. You have to close the editor panel to see the results. I the built in Themes of Form Builder aren't exportable to RED.
