Its up right now but that is the way it was working before - up and down, change the php and it was up for a few hours to a day then doesn't show up again. I spoke to their tech dept and they said when they changed php version sessions automatically goes on. They said it may not be showing on right now due to propagation. Not sure I go along with that but will wait and see. Is there a way to turn sessions on? Is there something else that's not working?

HMMM if its propagation you can get around that by MANUALLY uploading ALL THE FILES from WFB yourself.

I can't help too much because you need log into your Cpanel to do that, but I can do a demo for how to do it if you want to try that

Happens to me all the time,, and I know of others it also happens to, and they all followed my manual load instructions and they all reported the forms (even website images in some cases) as fully working and showing all content as it should

I see a cookie error in the console of your page. That maybe tying up the script around the form builder.
Try fixing the cookie error or remove the script wrapping the iframe code of the form builder.
Looks like your php is back on 7.4
