Are self-defining sub folders...

I not sure where to place this as this is not a Suggestion for a Program Category, Break Room Category, or a Trial User category, somewhere in between the three …so if this is the wrong forum, please do not hesitate in moving this observation/comment to a more fitting location, especially since this can be mostly chalked up as a misuse in properly executing a Program…thank you
When I first noticed that an inexperienced computer user could take an initiate in what appear on the Internet through such programs as Blogger, Wordpress and others I thought this could be interesting and educational but not for me to attempt as this is way over my head.
I do not think I would had ventured in to the uncharted water of self-design and posting had I not first seen the Coffeecup Programs and its Coffeecup Community Members life boat at the shore line demonstrating, encouraging and willing to stand by my side night and day with hand held support and instructions in how to learn to swim in what I could only describe as an ocean of forbidden codes and self-expression.
Of course, being timid and not knowing when or how to following instructions it has taken both Coffeecup Programs and the Coffeecup Community a large measurement of time to move me off my comfort zone on the shore line into this ocean of uncertain.
Not knowing better, once I found myself in this ocean I would place self-created documents and files in a random and haphazard willy-nilly style of what I thought to be placing files in safe locations. Unfortunately this inexperience placing of documents and files in a when, where order to the point that I was hiding things from myself has cost in both time and experiences—Of course that was before I came to trust both the Coffeecup Programs and its Community, before then, my thinking at that time is who knows what I am doing, I do not, I might change or delete something that could wipe out my computer or open up my computer to threats.
Now, after having experienced a file structural problem, and the inability to assist those that were assisting me because I could not tell them what I had did to correct the structural problem, or what the results were after I implemented their solutions: I am wondering since seeing comments made by seasoned CoffeeCup advisers/commenters, that were recommending that certain documents and files should be placed in certain areas of the directories to allow for easy changes, deletions or additions could I had done things better even as an inexperienced user.
VSD at the moment is my program of choice as it allows me as a beginner to swim with a life preserver and to realize, although my swim strokes are spastic, progress in achieving the basic swim stokes to enter the ocean and survive. Eventually, I will gain confidents from the programs at Coffeecup and through its progressive and never give up attitude of its supportive members to add strokes to my skill set so that I can become a better swimmer and less afraid to go further in the ocean and perhaps get to the point that this ocean when using the Coffeecup tools for effective and efficient swimming is done properly and in synch with Coffeecup support can be tamed to fit my level of self-expression.
When working with CoffeeCup Products and to assist those that freely share their personal time and both their professional skills and personal experiences is it best for new beginners to simply make a folder entitled MYCCWebThatHoldsAllOfMySelf-CreatedTextPicturesAndImages with subfolders such as Text, Pictures, Images? That is, is there a recommendation to be given to an inexperienced user to initially set up their own sub folders where that user can somewhat just dump everything in that location, which will appear efficient to the inexperienced user since they will at least know where to go to look for documents and files when asked and if so what are the named basic sub folders an inexperienced user needs to have on his C Drive?
Thank you for sharing your time and experiences with me...

I got lost about half way down but I think I was found in the last paragraph. There's not set way to put your file structure for all the images and stuff you add to your site. That being said for the sake of making a site with large amount of content such as the one I have made to help users like you I follow a file structure practice to keep things inline so if something needs changing or something goes a stray I can fix it in short order. When using the add files tool I always create the same structure in a file on my pc that is simply called progrower.coffeecup.com. If I add any files to my site I always place them in this folder and then inside any sub-folders if I'm using them in the directory structure for the page I'm building. This step again is not required but recommend by me for sites with large amounts of custom content. If your simply adding images then place them all in one folder before you add them to a page. You can actually do this while using the "Add A Image" tool" When you browse for your photo right click on it then copy, now browse back to the folder where your storing all the images for your site and then right click the folder and select paste. Now left click the image to add it to your page.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Your welcome. This is just like any program that has a lot of features. It's easy to flock shoot at it and not get anything from it, but if you pick out a particular target and focus on that for a while you'll not only be successful with it but you'll build your confidence to move to the next one.
