I understand how to embed a google iframe map, and have been successful doing it.

• But, I can't wrap myself around why the style code works, especially the padding property. It seems counter intuitive to me. This is code that I would never try myself, so I would like to learn why this works, and then, I might be able to apply it to other things in the future.
  
• What is the best way to change the proportions of the map with RSD? Custom css style sheet for media queries to change the padding amount? As the window gets smaller, the nice 16:9 ratio (or the 4:3 ratio I am using) gets smaller, and looks better at 1:1). So instead of keeping a 16:9 at a desktop, I might want a 1:1 on a mobile. That seems the way to go.
  
• Is there a way to specify a container size, and let the map fill it with just one style? I have made attempts with the html element code, but have been unsuccessful though.
