Hello,

I have recently got the hang of creating modal windows (or pop-up windows) that have an "X" as the close button.

My question is, "Can I give the viewer the option to close out of the modal window by pressing the "Esc" key?
If anyone has a method to achieve this, I would love to know. Thank you in advance for sharing.

No responses on this one yet, but I have a feeling this issue needs a JavaScript solution.

Sorry if I put this query to the wrong forum, guys and girls. I will look somewhere else for advice on JavaScript.

Have a happy holiday season everyone!

Why the esc key? Why not code a button in that is easier to see and more user friendly.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
