Shopping cart creator, and shoppingcart creator pro have a small selection included, when you buy them, and lots of alternative designs in the store.

if you choose to ALSO in addition purchase SCD or SCDP these two programs give you total control, with ability to edit, modify, and generally re design every template.

Take a free trial of SCCP and look at my delorean site in signature which was made with SCCP & SCDP The homepages are VSD based

There are 5 pages of SCC themes here https://www.coffeecup.com/store/themes/ … rt/?page=1

It may not be crystal clear but each one of those themes is a complete shop including all basic pages, checkout and product pages for clients to select from

It might be worth a $9.00 investment to select one to play with i would suggest possibly the design "Fantastic - Shopping Cart Creator" which could be a good starting point for any shop

I would like to be able to set up an on line store. It looks like I need Shopkeeper and a copy of Shopping Cart Creator Pro. Do I need anything special to be able to accept Credit cards?

I can see the Shopping Cart Design Pro would also be nice to have.

Should be what you need...

I would also suggest that you get

&

http://www.coffeecup.com/web-form-builder/

These four programs are all you should need to start a shop! They are great programs and have a lot of abilities and upcoming abilities!

Hope this helps!

Hiya Larry,

The shopkeeper would depend on whether or not you're planning to use the S-Drive for your server to host your shop on or if you already have a server to upload it to. If you have your own server to upload it to then you wouldn't need the shopkeeper S-Drive plan.

Your other question regarding what you need for anything special is that you need a payment processing account of one type or another or multiples, such as PayPal, Google Checkout, 2 Checkout (or whatever that one is called lol) and the few others that are included in the program. I would suggest you give the Shopping Cart Creator Pro a trial and see what is needed for that depending on which payment plan(s) you intend to use.

Other than that, I am pretty sure Shopping Cart Creator Pro and Shopping Cart Designer Pro will get you started pretty much, and the other 2 programs that SirAGE has mentioned would come in handy too if you need any types of forms on your site, and the Web Image Studio program is nice for altering colors and such for images for your shop too.

Good Luck with it and enjoy!

In my signature is delorean jewellery

The cart pages were made with SCCP & SCDP, the many home pages were made with CC VSD

If you use it as an example of what can be done, by all means do, it uses Paypal & Google checkout.

You initially do not need VSD as you can have 5 pages within SCCP and as you progress you can add to it at will with VSD if you require more details pages (ie) i have over 30 home pages aside from the 300 or so products in the shop and cart.
