Might I also suggest the more beneficial choice which would be to find a different server to host your site(s) that allows PHP. There is way to much need for PHP to be enabled for you to sit in a dormant server that doesn't allow it. Just my 10 cents.
Disclaimer: this post doesn't pertain to S-Drive for although it doesn't allow you to install PHP on your own, it does have capabilities of PHP for some of the CC software usage. Just thought I would point that out in case anyone thought I was talking about S-Drive, as I am not.

That, or tell your hosting provider that they have to keep up with development and install php.

They have a php server option, I just don't have the authority to make the change since $ are involved.
If I can find a $ saving way, it will be much better.

Get a better host! For $3 to $4 per month you can have hosting with a full-service CPanel.
