I want to make a callout as per the design (attached). I have encased everything in a container. Keeping it the height of the circled image (108px). The box behind it has text that will change from time to time. Sometimes one line, sometimes two lines....possibly three.

Problem(s)

1. I cannot get the text box to vertically center. It rides on the top of the container. No matter what I try to do to it. I need it to center even if it goes two or three lines.

2. The circle image is a float (I get that) but I need it to be in the center of the text container... no matter what size the text container gets (1,2,3 lines)

Has someone done this before? I have a tendency to over think things... like the vertical line question.
