Ok your code is fine now, but... your site is a mess code wise. You have more than one <html> tag in your site and duplicates of some of your meta tags. You have tags all over the place that should be in the Head area of your site, and more than one <html> set is well just wrong lol. You only use 1 set of those tags.
I don't even know where to start to help you here because it's really messed up to the point that even the HTML Validator can't even validate it.
I would highly suggest redoing your structure of your site from scratch, or get someone to help you do this as a lot of things are not going to work right or validate correctly and that means it's going to be messed up in lots of different browsers and platforms.
It kind of looks like someone took a website and put it inside another complete website and didn't remove all the duplicate tag fields.
