WI writes that I have a problem with broken links, but I looked through the entire site code and didn’t find anything like that. Where did WI get this information and where did he find it? It's very nerve-wracking. I’ve been struggling for two days now and I can’t even roughly understand where and how to look for the problem. Can anyone shed light on the essence of the problem?

I believe that WI may not have had an update for 6 or 7 years. CC is extremely bad about informing its patrons of the functions, capabilities, strengths, weaknesses, of its software. I am subscribed to the news letter and never get any updates on that. It could be links that are indexed with google but are no longer on the site, so then google needs to be informed that that indexed link/url no longer exists on the site. If you take those links and scan with google they will probably come up as indexed links, so google needs to be informed that those links have been changed or deleted. This info may or may not be relevant to your problem but I believe that it is. If you scan the site with google it will tell you the problems that it has with the site and that info will probably be more helpful than the WI info which is now pitifully outdated. Greg yes WI is out of date and old hat and probably needs retiring, but for this issue what it is saying is correct.

Juan it would appear that you have either deleted the English version of the website in mention or moved it out of the root folder of the domain server, your website had 2 versions before (English and Russian) the English page name was the index html.
If you deleted that and don't want the English version anymore, you need to set up a permanent divert to the Russian home page or rename the Russian home page to index
To be perfectly honest it's a miracle the website is functioning at all, there are so many issues/errors and other things going on (a lot of which was pointed out to you a while ago when you first started with that website).
If you go down the avenue of informing Google etc that you wish them to remove the pages from their index library it can take a long while for that to happen. You have Google G4 Analytics installed, use that to help you with error's etc rather than WI.

Hello Wayan! I did not have English on the site, only Ukrainian as the main language and Russian as the secondary language, these were the requirements of the site owner. I checked those two links in Google and Google said that it doesn’t have anything similar in its index, so these are clearly WI problems. In addition, I checked the site for errors on many services and everything is fine there, there are minor errors with rel canonical, complains broken links to messengers and other little things that mean little, this is nonsense. Everything is fine with the site, the owner is happy and there has already been one call on WhatsApp

Juan and (me), Yes the WI in this instance is correct, but the google will say the same thing and you have to use google to fix the problem. WI will not fix the problem, just identifies it. Google identifies the problems and also has route to fix indexed address problems. Every time I have to work with the google SEO optimization my brain starts smoking. It combines like difficult legalese talk combined with difficult technical talk which gets my brain to smoking. It boils down to that my post to Juan was precisely correct. I have submitted index changes 2 or 3 years ago and am still waiting for them to go through. I think that if you do not buy their google ads and make their extortion payments that they sabotage your site to no traffic until you pay them. I do not pay any money to google and this seems to be true in my case. Canonical kind of confuses me.

Everything is fine with Google, they say that they don’t have such pages in their index. These pages are only available in WI. The only question is where and why? No service detects these links except WI

Every service that web Developers/Designer use to help with even basic website errors those pages and reports those errors and others SEMRUSH, AHREFS, Neil Pattel's consultancy, fiver, SEO-reports etc etc to name but a few others.
The errors are there because an index.html page isn't there, because it has been given a 301 permanent move directive which makes it 'NON INDEXABLE"

The https://psydopomoga.com/ru/index.html has also been given a 301 permanent move making that one non-indexable too

So of course Google says it's not in their index library, which doesn't mean to say that it isn't a problem for search engines, but then of course that all depends on how important for your client it is to get good and consistent search engine ranking positions on their results pages.

When you get google to index those url's listed by WI, then if you run WI scan again the problems should be solved. Figuring out why google does not or has not indexed them may prove to be very difficult.
