Hi All,

I am not a technical guy and sure not a Website developer. Anyway I have to bring my site up and running. Here is my environment: My domain is registered with Go Daddy and the Site is also running there. I installed Joomla and want now do some changes to adjust and setup my page. That is where CoffeeCup comes in for me.

Question 1:
Under File > Upload file to Server I configured my connection that now works. But when I select File > Open from Web I get an Error in the Download Status = 503: Out of Resources

What does that mean?

Question 2:
How can I see the Folder structure on the Server? It would make it much easier to find and access files.

I guess the first thing to address here is... What program are you trying to use?

To answer question #2, you'll need an FTP program like CC's Direct FTP, or a third party program such as Filezilla or some other third party FTP program.
This will allow you to access your files on the host server.

On the far left you will see a "My Websites" tab. click on that. Now if you didn't already setup your work area as a project look above the tab in the left hand panel that says "local disk". Click the little folder icon. Now click on new website project. Put all of your settings in for this website so their there every time you work on it or go from one website to another.This will also allow you to view folders and files on your website.

Rodgw: I have CC and WinSCP installed. I could not see the folders in neither of them despite the logon was successful. (see further answer below)

Eric: your explanation did the trick - at least for and with CC. I did see those two taps you described could not really figure out how to get my data to be displayed. But after defining a "new Website Project" all came to light.

Regarding WinSCP, I could not display my folders from Server. Could it be that I am not entering the right Hostname? I enter www.<domain>.com but when checking another Domain that is setup in WinSCP I see that there is another information instead of the www.

I think maybe Jo Ann's question related to which one of the 30+ CC programs you were using, and in particular whether you were using VSD or the HTML Editor...

Ah, I was not aware there are sooo many CC programs.
