When changes are made to a existing html code the user gets an error that says "Cannot create file..." . The "..." is the actual directory that it is saving to. What could the issue be? They could save perfectly fine before hand. They have permissions to the folder to make and save changes. Very rare issue.

Don't know if it helps to shorten the file name a bit. You could also try underscores instead of dashes.
