Is it possible to download the whole website from the Server to my local HD using CoffeeCup?

If you are using CoffeeCup FTP, most certainly.

You will of course need to have a server that permits you to use ftp to transfer your files and does not just allow you inside a server based control panel online to upload a few files at a time. This kind of server does not always allow you to download, just to upload or delete.

Also be sure what program was used for the site too. If it was created in Visual Site Designer you'll need the files for that program instead of just downloading all the files from the site itself. Visual Site Designer is a visual system and doesn't have an import function so if you alter pages outside of the program you cannot get them changes into the program so it's moot unless you plan to just do HTML from here on.
