F12 Error. Page cannot be displayed....

Dear Forum Members ! I like toggling between HTML editor and Browser view but recently I've started to get an error when I press F12 "Error. Page cannot be displayed. Please contact your service provider for more details.". Any ideas why it may happen ?

Does it do it on a consistent basis? Did it start happening after a browser update or windows update?
Does it happen after the same amount of time when the Editor has been open? Do you have other apps running?

If you use a laptop, try the 'fn' key + f12.
