How do you make the page scroll...
Hi, I am testing your Visual Site Designer & I really like what I see ... However, having a problem. I used your Sturdy Past theme to get started. How do I extend the page down so I can make longer vertical pages that scroll?
Under Settings you can specify the dimensions of your pages. But I would think that with the theme you chose, you'll have the pages scroll anyway, unless you have an enormous screen?
Anyway, if you have contents that go down past the viewport of your monitor, the scroll bar will appear automatically.

Yes, I have set it to 960 x 1000, However, when adding content to the body of the content, I cannot add more content to the bottom of the page. I do not get a vertical scroll bar for the content area in Visual Site Designer .. demo? Is this a limitation of the demo tool?
John - what happens if you go to Page Properties and change 1000 to something else (1200, 1500...)?
I'm not familiar with the Themes - does the background color/pattern continue if you make the page longer?

I changed the 1200 & 1500, but still have the problem. I can move the content area down abit below my screen, but within VSD, there is no vertical scroll bar so I cannot get to those areas to add content, manipulate, etc ....
John B,
is it possible your screen is "over" maximized and the scroll bar is hidden off the the right side of your computer's screen?
Click on the reduce/minimize button, to make the window smaller, to see if that's the case.
Just a thought . . .

There is a scroll bar, but doesn't bring me down the page if I make the content goes below the screen. See the 2 images ... Before you see the scrollbar. If I try to move the black footer down the page, I can, but it goes off the page & the scroll bar already shows at the bottom. I cannot scroll down to do anything below the screen.
John, Try increasing your page length.
Click on "Page" at the top of VSD then to the right on the page properties you can adjust the length.
