Getting an error when installing the software

Second question: You upload the picture to some domain that you have access to and then link to it.
The first question: It could be that your download is bad and that you need to fetch the programme again. It could also be that you need to install it as admin. You could try that by right-clicking the installation icon and choose 'Run as administrator'.
