I was just wanting to confirm if I purchased a licence for the HTML editor, but upgrade computers/laptop, would I need to purchase a new licence or can I just transfer it?

You are allowed to have the programme installed on 3 machines for your own use, typically private desktop, laptop, PC at work. The license is not tied down to one particular machine. If you get a new PC, just remove the programme from the old one and install it.
