Hi and Help!

I've downloaded the trial version just to make sure Coffee Cup is right for me.

But the Visual Editor tab seems not to work. If I click on it I get a message saying "This feature is only available in the full version of the Coffee Cup html Editor".

This feature is important to me and I would like to check it out. Is the message saying it's not available until I pay for the full version? I thought the trial version was supposed to have full functionality.

I read somewhere in these forums that you could unlock the feature by unticking the 'Hide Visual Editor" tab in preferences, but it is unticked anyway.

Or I am being really stupid and missing something here?

What you downloaded was the FREE HTML EDITOR. If you want to use the Visual Editor, you need to download the HTML Editor 2010 SE trial version here at http://coffeecup.com/html-editor
