Can someone tell me where the rules that are created in the web builder app are stored? In the css file?

When exported find the Web form folder click into this then theme and you will find the css file. You can also add css to the html file that is exported in the root folder. I edit this for things like form field background color etc.

Are you wanting to apply rules before exporting or edit them after exporting?

actually I think I found that it is contained in the validation_data.js file
