Can someone tell me where the rules that are created in the web builder app are stored? In the css file?

Coffee roasting is my passion - seriously
When exported find the Web form folder click into this then theme and you will find the css file. You can also add css to the html file that is exported in the root folder. I edit this for things like form field background color etc.
